It all begins with God the author and finisher of our faith. Bishop Dave entered thirty six years of ministry with Shield of Faith Organization, Apostle Henry Alexander when he was re-baptized in Jesus’ name and received baptism of the Holy Spirit on October 18, 1988. He served for fourteen years on staff at Shield of Faith Church as staff, Youth Pastor and Assistant Pastor. He launched a new church, Higher Ground Church in Chino, CA , where over 600 persons received baptism in twenty years. Meanwhile, Bishop Dave served as Bishop over Mexico and The Caribbean and is currently serving as Bishop over the Hawaiian Islands. He is passionate about evangelism and winning souls for Jesus. His other passion is raising money for orphans and orphanages. Another passion is teaching individuals and business owners about “Giving vs. Grabbing”
